TrimDay Terms & Conditions

Trial Information: Register for a 14 day trial. You will receive a full two-month supply of Trimday, pay only for shipping and handling & the cost of the trial, $6.95. You have 14 days from your sign up date to evaluate the product. If you enjoy Trimday, simply do nothing. Your credit card will be charged $58.90 at the end of your 14 day trial period, 09/03/2008. If you are not amazed with your results, please call 888-694-4171 or email us at service@trimday.com within 14 days of your sign-up date to cancel your membership and to receive instructions to return the remaining portion of the product. Once the order is submitted, trial shipment cannot be canceled. Trial charges are non refundable.

AutoShip Program: When you register for the trial offer, you will also receive a FREE membership in the Trimday Autoship Program (ASP). That means 45 days after your sign up date, 10/04/2008, you will be shipped a fresh two-month supply of Trimday. You will continue to get a new shipment every 60 days for the club price of $58.90. You can cancel at any time.

Taxes: If you are a Pennsylvania resident, you will be charged 7% sales tax.

Return & Refund Policy:

We believe in our Member’s complete satisfaction. If you wish to return your Trimday order, follow these instructions:

Call our Customer Service Team at 888-694-4171 or email us at service@trimday.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and to receive instructions to return the remaining portion of your order within 45 calendar days of the original order date. By calling or emailing within the 14 day trial period your billing date will be extended 30 days.

Clearly write the RMA # and your return address on the outside of the package and complete the enclosed form on the reverse side of your invoice. Include this form inside your return package.

Members assume the responsibility for return postage on all return orders.REFUSED DELIVERIES OR PACKAGES MARKED “RETURN TO SENDER” WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED TO THE MEMBER. The remaining portion of your Trimday order will need to be returned. To return the trial, you have 45 days from your sign up date, 10/04/2008. On recurring shipments you have 30 days from the billing date to return the unopened product. The cost of your order will be refunded less a $7.95 restocking fee on your recurring shipment. For your security, credit will only be issued to the credit card that was used to sign up.

Shipping: Trimday orders will be shipped via DHL and/or the United States Postal Service. The Member agrees that confirmation of delivery by the DHL/USPS to the mailing address provided at Sign Up constitutes the Member’s acceptance of the product.

Warranty Disclaimer: WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES AS WELL AS THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE PRODUCT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the forgoing disclaimer may not apply.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR (1) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, OR (2) ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US.
