How Do I Return My Trimday Trial?

We believe in our Members complete satisfaction. If you wish to return your Trimday order, follow these instructions:

  1. Call our Customer Service Team at 888-694-4171 or email us at service@trimday.com within 14 days of your sign-up date to cancel your membership and receive instructions to return the remaining portion of the product.

  3. Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the package and complete the enclosed form on the reverse side of your invoice. Include this form inside your return package.
  4. Members assume the responsibility for postage on all return orders. We recommend getting a tracking number from the Post Office (or shipper) and saving your receipt. REFUSED DELIVERIES OR PACKAGES MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED TO THE MEMBER.
  5. The remaining portion of your Trimday order will need to be returned. To return your trial kit you must contact customer service and obtain an RMA number. To return the trial, you have 45 days from your sign-up date. On recurring shipments you have 30 days from the charge date to return the unopened product. The cost of your order will be refunded less a $7.95 restocking fee on your recurring shipment.

How Long Will It Take To Process Returns?

After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 3 business days to process your refund.

Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank’s billing and credit schedule.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

If your Product(s) are damaged during shipping contact out Customer Service Team at 888-694-4171 for a replacement product.

What if shipping and delivery errors occurred with my order?

Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 888-694-4171 immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely manner.
